Noteholder. For the purposes of clause (B) of the preceding sentence, any amendment to or modification or waiver of this Supplement shall be deemed a Supplemental Indenture subject to Sections 1001 or 1002 of the Indenture. The Series 2009-1 Note Existing Commitment of an individual Series 2009-1 Noteholder may only be increased, and the Conversion Date of an individual Series 2009-1 Noteholder may only be extended, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.1(a) of the Note Purchase Agreement.
