Common use of Noteholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Noteholders’ Lists. If and so long as the Trustee shall not be the Registrar, the Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of the Notes pursuant to Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act at such times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished.

Noteholders’ Lists. If and so long as the Trustee shall not be the Registrar, the Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders Holders of the Notes as would otherwise be required pursuant to Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act (a) semi-annually not more than five days after each Interest Record Date, as of such Interest Record Date, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request request, as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished.

If and so long as the Trustee shall not be the Registrar, the Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of the Notes pursuant to Section 312 312(a) of the Trust Indenture Act semi-annually not more than 15 days after each Interest Record Date as of such Interest Record Date, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished.
