Common use of Noteholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Noteholders’ Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of holders of Notes, the Company and the Trustee, and shall otherwise comply with Trust Indenture Act Section 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Notes registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee on or before at least seven Business Days preceding each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee reasonably may require of the names and addresses of holders of Notes, and the Company shall otherwise comply with Trust Indenture Act Section 312(a).
