Common use of Noteholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Noteholders’ Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) days after each June 1 and December 1 in each year beginning with _______ ___, 2014, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, all information in its possession and control, or in the possession and control of any of its paying agents (other than the Trustee) as to the names and addresses of the holders of Notes, except that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as the sole Note Registrar. Upon prior written request, the Custodian shall provide to the Company all information in its possession and control as to the names and addresses of Holders.
