NOTES EXECUTED AFTER SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE TO BE APPROVED BY TRUSTEE. Notes authenticated and delivered after the execution of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of this Article 14 may, and shall if required by the Trustee, bear a notation in form approved by the Trustee, as to any matter provided for in such supplemental indenture. If the Company and the Trustee shall so determine, new Notes modified so as to conform, in the opinion of the Trustee and the Company, to any modification of this Indenture contained in any such supplemental indenture, may be prepared by the Company, authenticated by the Trustee and delivered without expense to the holders of the outstanding Notes, upon surrender of such Notes, the new Notes so issued to be in an aggregate principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of those so surrendered.
