Notes Issued Upon Request. Any Lender may request that the Revolving Loans or Term Loans made by it each be evidenced by a promissory note in substantially the forms of Exhibit K-1 or K-2, respectively, to evidence such Lender's Revolving Loans or Term Loans, as applicable. In such event, the Borrower shall prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note for such Loans payable to the order of such Lender and in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such promissory note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to Section 14.3) be represented by one or more promissory notes in such form payable to the order of the payee named therein.
