NOTES, MEMORANDA AND OTHER ITEMS. Except as may be otherwise consented to in writing by the Company, the Executive shall proffer to an appropriate officer of the Company, at the termination of his employment, all memoranda, diaries, notes, records, cost information, customer lists, marketing plans and strategies, and any other documents relating or referring to any Confidential Information made available to the Executive by the Company in his possession at such time.
