Upon surrender of a Note that is redeemed in part, the Company shall issue and, upon the Company's written request, execute and the Trustee shall authenticate for the Holder (at the expense of the Company Company’s expense) a new Note equal in principal amount to the unredeemed portion of the Note surrenderedsurrendered (or if the Note is a Global Note, an adjustment shall be made to the schedule attached thereto).
