Common use of Notes Redeemed or Purchased in Part Clause in Contracts

Notes Redeemed or Purchased in Part. Upon surrender to the Paying Agent of a Note to be redeemed in part, the Company shall execute and the Trustee shall authenticate and make available for delivery to the Holder of such Note without service charge a new Note or Notes, and of any authorized denomination as requested by such Holder in aggregate principal amount equal to, and in exchange for, the unredeemed portion of the principal of the Note so surrendered that is not redeemed.
