Notes; Repayment; Application of Payments and Prepayments. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 9.12 hereof relating to replacement and substitution of the Notes, each Loan made by the Lender shall be evidenced by a single Note dated as of the applicable Closing Date, payable to the Lender in a principal amount equal to the Lender’s Commitment as of such Closing Date.
