Nothing in clauses 5. 3.1 and 5.3.2 shall cause the Purchaser to pay any amount to the Covenantor representing the receipt of a payment or credit by the Purchaser or the Company if that payment or credit results from the offsetting or deduction of any Relief (including for the avoidance of doubt advance corporation tax) accruing to the Company as a result of anything done after Completion against profits, income or gains or Taxation thereon accruing prior to Completion.
