Common use of Nothing in Sections 24 Clause in Contracts

Nothing in Sections 24. 1 and 24.2 shall affect or limit any claims, remedies, or other actions the indemnifying Party may have against the indemnified Party under this Agreement, any other contract, any applicable Tariff(s), or Applicable Law, relating to the indemnified Party’s provision of services, facilities or arrangements to the indemnifying Party under this Agreement.

Nothing in Sections 24. 1 and 24.2 shall affect or limit any claims, remedies, or other actions the indemnifying Party may have against the indemnified Party or other persons who are to be indemnified under Sections 24.1 and 24.2 (“Indemnified Party/Person”) under this Agreement, any other contract, any applicable Tariff(s), or Applicable Law, relating to the indemnified Party’s provision of services, facilities or arrangements to the indemnifying Party under this Agreement.
