Nothing in Sections 3. 1 or 3.2 above is to be interpreted as restricting or limiting the power of the Board of Directors to authorize and direct giving any Finance employee, from time to time, such additional compensation, Executive Profit Sharing Plans or other incentives as the Board may deem appropriate.
