Common use of Nothing in this Section 11 Clause in Contracts

Nothing in this Section 11. 11.1 shall prejudice the right of the Lender to assign its rights under this Agreement to Hermes, if such assignment is required to be made by that Lender to Hermes in accordance with the Hermes Insurance Policy. Each Person described in the foregoing clauses as being the Person to whom such assignment or transfer is to be made, is hereinafter referred to as an “Assignee Lender”.
