Nothing Omitted. (A) Neither this Lease, nor any of the other Lease Documents, nor any certificate, agreement, statement or other document, including, without limitation, any financial statements concerning the financial condition of any member of the Leasing Group, furnished to or to be furnished to the Lessor or its attorneys in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Lease Documents, contains or will contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits or will omit to state a material fact necessary in order to prevent all statements contained herein and therein from being misleading. (B) There is no fact within the special knowledge of the Lessee which has not been disclosed herein or in writing to the Lessor that materially adversely affects, or in the future, insofar as the Lessee can reasonably foresee, may materially adversely affect the business, properties, assets or condition, financial or otherwise, of any member of the Leasing Group or the Leased Property.
