Notice and Cooperation in Legal Proceedings. Owner and Property Manager shall forthwith give notice to each other of the commencement of any action, suit or proceeding against Owner or against Property Manager with respect to the operations of the Property or otherwise affecting the Property. Property Manager shall fully cooperate, and shall cause all its employees to fully cooperate, in connection with the prosecution or defense of all legal proceedings affecting the Property.
