The provisions of Section ----------------------------------------- 11.5 of the Original Agreement, as amended and affected by the First Amendment, shall apply with equal weight to the indemnification obligations of the parties to this Agreement, to the same extent as if the parties to this Agreement were named parties to the Original Agreement, as amended and affected by the First Amendment.
