Notice and Date of Prepayment. (a) To exercise an option granted in or to perform an obligation required by this Article VII, the Company shall give to the Trustee written notice at least three (3) Business Days (or such shorter period of time as shall be acceptable to the Trustee) prior to the last day by which the Trustee is required to give notice of redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(a) of the Indenture specifying the date upon which any prepayment will be made.
