Notice and Language. 12.1 Notice and other communications shall be in the English language and deemed to be valid and effective if sent by courier or registered letter to the addresses of the parties stated above or to other addresses supplied at a later date.
Notice and Language. Any notice or communication, which is issued from one party to any other party, if it is sent by cable, telex, fax, e-mail, and concerns the right and obligation of all parties, a written notice shall be followed by mail.
