Common use of Notice and Limitations Clause in Contracts

Notice and Limitations. a. No Service Credits will be payable during the first Measurement Period. b. In order to receive a Service Credit, Service Provider must notify Cisco in writing within 30 days from the date of the Qualifying Outage. If Service Provider fails to comply with this requirement, You will forfeit Your right to receive a Service Credit.
