NOTICE AND MEET AND CONFER. 14. The City recognizes that many actions within the scope of its managerial prerogative may have an impact on the wages, hours, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment of the Deputy Probation Officers. For this reason, the City agrees to provide written notice to the Association of any proposed action that will impact the wages, hours, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment of the Deputy Probation Officers. The City will use its best efforts to provide this written notice to the Association at least seven (7) calendar days before the effective date of such proposed action.
