Common use of Notice and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Notice and Obligations. The Customer may appoint an agent to undertake the day to day co-ordination of its operational Service requirements. The Customer must notify CBH immediately in writing upon the appointment of any such agent. Any such appointment will not in any way relieve the Customer of its obligations under this Agreement and accordingly any instruction from the appointed agent is, and will be deemed to be, an instruction of the Customer.
