Notice and Other Agreements. 1. If for any reason I decide to leave the Company, I agree that I will provide written notice of my intention to leave as provided in my contract of employment with the Company or (if no such notice period exists) of ten (10) business days (two (2) weeks), setting out the date I want to leave, and (as soon as I know it) the name of my next employer, with a description of what my expected position will be. I agree that the Company may contact my new employer regarding my obligations under this Agreement.
