Common use of Notice and Remedy of Breaches Clause in Contracts

Notice and Remedy of Breaches. Each party shall promptly give notice to the other of any breach by it of any of the provisions of this Section 5, whether or not intentional, and the breaching party shall, at its expense, take all steps reasonably requested by the other party to prevent or remedy the breach.
