Notice and Report of Final Acceptance. When Contractor believes that it has achieved Final Acceptance of the Facility, it shall deliver to Owner a notice thereof (the "Notice of Final Acceptance"). The Notice of Final Acceptance shall contain a report of the results of the Performance Test and the PPA Output Test and a report of the Services completed, in each case in a form acceptable to Owner and with sufficient detail to enable Owner to determine whether Final Acceptance of the Facility has been achieved.

When Contractor believes that it has achieved Final Acceptance of the Facility, it shall deliver to Owner and the Independent Engineer a notice thereof (the "Notice of Final AcceptanceNOTICE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE"). The Notice of Final Acceptance shall contain a report of the results of the Performance Test and the PPA Output Test and a report of the Services completed, in each case in a form acceptable mutually and reasonably agreeable to Contractor and Owner (with the written concurrence of the Independent Engineer) and with sufficient detail to enable Owner and the Independent Engineer to determine whether Final Acceptance of the Facility has been achieved.
