Notice and Service Thereof. 1. All notices, demands, requests, Change Orders, instructions, approvals and claims shall be in writing. Unless expressly otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement, any election, notice, or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and deemed to have been duly given if provided in accordance with the provisions hereof.
