Common use of Notice, Application Clause in Contracts

Notice, Application. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Committed Borrowing or notice of the acceptance by the Company of one or more Competitive Bids or the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Swing Line Loan or, in the case of the Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under SECTION 3.2.

Notice, Application. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Committed Borrowing or notice of the acceptance by Administrative Agent and the Company of one or more Competitive Bids or the Applicable Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from either Borrower of a Notice of Swing Line Loan or, in or the case of the Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing L/C Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under SECTION 3.2Section 3.2 (in the case of any Issuance of a Letter of Credit).
