Notice by Agent. Upon receipt of a notice of prepayment pursuant to this Section 2.9, the Agent shall promptly notify each applicable Lender of the contents thereof and of such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such prepayment and the corresponding Early Termination Fee, if any.
