Common use of Notice by Agent Clause in Contracts

Notice by Agent. Agent shall give written notice to each holder of Subordinated Notes of any Senior Note Covenant Default or Senior Note Payment Default (and any acceleration of the maturity of any Indebtedness as a result thereof) and the receipt of any notice under Section 13.2(a) or (b) immediately upon the occurrence or receipt thereof, as the case may be.

Agent shall give written notice to each holder of Junior Subordinated Notes of any Senior Note Subordinated Notes Covenant Default or Senior Note Subordinated Notes Payment Default (and any acceleration of the maturity of any Indebtedness as a result thereof) and the receipt of any notice under Section 13.2(a13.3(a) or (b) immediately upon the occurrence or receipt thereof, as the case may be.

Notice by Agent. The Agent shall give written notice to each holder of Junior Subordinated Notes of any Senior Note Covenant Subordinated Notes Payment Default or Senior Note Payment Subordinated Notes Covenant Default (and any acceleration of the maturity of any Indebtedness as a result thereof) and the receipt of any notice under Section 13.2(a10.2(a) or (b) ), immediately upon the occurrence or receipt thereof, as the case may be.
