Common use of Notice by Corporation Clause in Contracts

Notice by Corporation. If the Contractor is in breach of the warranty set out in Clause 14.1 (Warranty), the Corporation may notify the Contractor in writing before or during the Warranty Period specifying the nature of such breach and requiring the Contractor to rectify such breach. Upon receipt of any such notice, the Contractor shall, at its own expense, immediately commence and thereafter continuously proceed to Vol-II Contract & GCC rectify such breach (including, if applicable, re-performance of the relevant part of the Work) to the Corporation’s reasonable satisfaction and in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
