Notice by Former Partner. Immediately after the occurrence of a Withdrawal Event with respect to any Former Partner, such Former Partner shall notify the Partnership of the Withdrawal Event. A failure to provide notice under this Section 7.2 will not alter the timing or the effect of the Withdrawal Event as described under Sections 7.1 and 7.3.
