Notice by QR. If QR elects to conduct a Cultural Heritage Survey and Recovery in respect of an Ancillary Works Area, QR must give the Traditional Owners at least 7 days prior written notice. The notice (an Ancillary Works Notice) must set out in reasonable detail a description of the Ancillary Works, the location of the Ancillary Works Area, and the time when QR requires the Cultural Heritage Survey and Recovery to commence.
