Common use of Notice by Unit Member Clause in Contracts

Notice by Unit Member. 4.12.7.1 If the Unit Member's need for a leave pursuant to this section is foreseeable, the Unit Member shall provide notice in writing to the appropriate College Vice President or the Clear Lake Campus Xxxx, with copies to the supervising Xxxx and to the Director of Human Resources Development and Personnel Services with reasonable notice of the need for the leave.
