Common use of Notice & Communication Clause in Contracts

Notice & Communication. a. Any Notice to be given by the Bank to the borrower, shall be effective and deemed to have been duly and sufficiently served on the Borrower, three days after the same shall have been delivered to the post office/couriers properly addressed to the Borrower at the address given at the end of this agreement and if delivered to the Borrower against acknowledgement, it shall be deemed to have been duly served as on the date of delivery.
