Notice Concerning ISO Treatment. If this option is designated as an ISO in this Agreement, it ceases to qualify for favorable tax treatment as an ISO to the extent it is exercised after the Optionee has been on a leave of absence for more than 90 days, unless the Optionee’s reemployment rights are guaranteed by statute or by contract.
