Notice Concerning Status of Holders of Notes. Promptly after each Transfer Prepayment Date and the making of all prepayments contemplated on such Transfer Prepayment Date under this Section 8.4 (and, in any event, within thirty (30) days thereafter), the Company shall deliver to each holder of Notes a certificate signed by a Senior Financial Officer of the Company containing a list of the then current holders of Notes (together with their addresses) and setting forth as to each such holder the outstanding principal amount of Notes held by such holder at such time.

Promptly after each Transfer Disposition Prepayment Date and the making of all prepayments contemplated on such Transfer Disposition Prepayment Date under this Section 8.4 8.4(a) (and, in any event, within thirty (30) days thereafter), the Company shall deliver to each holder of Notes a certificate signed by a Senior Financial Officer of the Company containing a list of the then current holders of Notes (together with their addresses) and setting forth as to each such holder the outstanding principal amount of Notes held by such holder at such time.
