Notice Concerning the Security. The Customer will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Bank, any notice received by the Customer from any governmental authority concerning the Security within seven (7) days of the Customer’s receipt of such notice and if any compensation moneys in respect of the Security is paid to the Customer, the Customer shall pay such money to the Bank and until the money is paid to the Bank, the Customer shall hold such money in trust for the Bank;
