Common use of Notice/Cooperation by Indemnitee Clause in Contracts

Notice/Cooperation by Indemnitee. Indemnitee shall give the Company notice as soon as practicable of any Claim made against Indemnitee for which indemnification will or could be sought under this Agreement. Notice to the Company shall be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the address shown on the signature page of this Agreement (or such other address as the Company shall designate in writing to Indemnitee).

Notice/Cooperation by Indemnitee. Indemnitee shall give the Company notice in writing in accordance with Section 15 of this Agreement as soon as practicable of any Claim made against Indemnitee for which indemnification will or could be sought under this Agreement. Notice to the Company shall be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the address shown on the signature page of this Agreement (or such other address as the Company shall designate in writing to Indemnitee).

Notice/Cooperation by Indemnitee. Indemnitee shall give the Company notice in writing in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement as soon as practicable of any Claim made against Indemnitee for which indemnification will or could be sought under this Agreement. Notice to the Company shall be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the address shown on the signature page of this Agreement (or such other address as the Company shall designate in writing to Indemnitee).

Notice/Cooperation by Indemnitee. The Indemnitee shall give the Company notice as soon as practicable in writing promptly after receipt of notice of commencement of any Claim Claim, or the threat of the commencement of any Claim, made against the Indemnitee for which indemnification will or could be sought under this Agreement. Notice to the Company shall be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the address shown on the signature page of this Agreement (or such other person and/or address as the Company shall designate in writing to the Indemnitee).

Notice/Cooperation by Indemnitee.
