Common use of Notice Copies Clause in Contracts

Notice Copies. Provider agrees to notify AVCC of any cancellation of any of the above policies at least thirty (30) days prior to its cancellation or termination. Provider further agrees to provide AVCC copies of such insurance policies and designation upon request.
