NOTICE & DECLARATIONS. In signing this Agreement and taking entry to the Premises, the Tenant: 18.1 accepts the Property, its content and grounds are as detailed in the inventory and in habitable condition as at the commencement of this Agreement, subject to clause 1.5 of this Agreement.
