Notice Designating Removed Accounts. Within five Business Days ----------------------------------- (or as soon as is reasonably practicable) after the Removal Date, the Transferor shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to the Trustee, pursuant to Section 3 hereof, a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of all Removed Accounts identified by account number and the aggregate amount of the Principal Receivables in such Removed Accounts as of the Removal Date.
