Common use of Notice for Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Notice for Arbitration. Notice of Demand for Arbitration shall be filed, in writing, with the other Party to the applicable agreement, with any Party to be joined pursuant to Subparagraph 6.4.6 hereof, and with the American Arbitration Association, the Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Contractor, Construction Manager, and the Architect, to the extent they are not otherwise a Party to the arbitration. At the Authority’s election, and its sole discretion, it may invoke application of Fast Track Procedures under the AAA Rules for any such arbitration proceedings initiated under the Contract Documents. The Trade Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Minn. Stat. § 544.42 does not apply to this Project.
