Notice From Bombay Canada. Each Borrowing of a Canadian Revolving Loan shall be made on notice given by Bombay Canada to the Canadian Agent, with a copy to the Administrative Agent, not later than 1:00 p.m. on (i) the date of the proposed Borrowing if such date is a Business Day (or the next succeeding Business Day if such date is not a Business Day), in the case of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and (ii) the third Business Day prior to the date of the proposed Borrowing, in the case of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Rate Loans. Each such notice may be made in a written Notice of Borrowing duly completed or by telephone if confirmed promptly, but in any event within one Business Day and prior to such Borrowing, with such a Notice of Borrowing. Loans shall be made as Base Rate Loans unless, outside of a suspension period pursuant to Section 2.15, the Notice of Borrowing specifies that all or a portion thereof shall be Eurodollar Rate Loans. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar Rate Loans shall be in an aggregate amount that is an integral multiple of $1,000,000.
