Notice From Mortgagee to Landlord. The Mortgagee under any Mortgage shall be entitled to receive notices from time to time given to Tenant by Landlord under this Lease in accordance with Subsection (a) above provided such Mortgagee shall have delivered a notice to Landlord in substantially the following form: "The undersigned does hereby certify that it is a Mortgagee, as such term is defined in that certain Lease entered into by and between the City of San Xxxx, as landlord, and as Xxxxxx (the "Lease"), of Xxxxxx's interest in the Lease demising the parcels, a legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof by this reference. The undersigned hereby requests that copies of any and all notices from time to time given under the Lease to Tenant by Landlord be sent to the undersigned at the following address: ."

The Mortgagee under any Mortgage shall be entitled to receive notices from time to time given to Tenant by Landlord under this Lease in accordance with Subsection subsection (a) above above, provided such Mortgagee shall have delivered a notice to Landlord in substantially the following form: "“The undersigned does hereby certify that it is a the Mortgagee, as such term is defined in that certain Lease entered into by and between the City Landlord and County of San XxxxFrancisco, as landlord, and , as Xxxxxx tenant (the "“Lease"”), of XxxxxxTenant's interest in the Lease demising of the parcelspremises known as the Treasure Island Marina/Clipper Cove, a legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof by this referenceA-2. The undersigned hereby requests that copies of any and all default notices from time to time given under the Lease by Landlord to Tenant by Landlord be sent to the undersigned at the following address: ."”

The Mortgagee under any Mortgage shall be entitled to receive notices from time to time given to Tenant by Landlord under this Lease in accordance with Subsection (a) above Section 34.9.1, provided such Mortgagee shall have delivered a notice to Landlord in substantially the following form: "“The undersigned does hereby certify that it is a Mortgagee, as such term is defined in that certain Lease entered into by and between the City of San XxxxOakland, as landlordLandlord, and as Xxxxxx Tenant (the "“Lease"”), of Xxxxxx's Tenant’s interest in the Lease demising the parcels, a legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof by this reference. The undersigned hereby requests that copies of any and all notices from time to time given under the Lease to Tenant by Landlord be sent to the undersigned at the following address: ."”
