Notice; Headings Sample Clauses

The "Notice; Headings" clause defines how formal communications between parties should be delivered and clarifies the role of section headings in the agreement. Typically, it specifies acceptable methods for sending notices—such as by mail or email—and the addresses to be used, ensuring that all parties receive important information in a consistent manner. Additionally, it states that headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of the contract's provisions. This clause ensures that communications are properly managed and that the contract is interpreted based on its substance rather than its formatting.
