Notice in Writing and Addressed. Any Notice that shall be required to be provided by one Party to the other Party pursuant to the Agreement will be: (a) in writing; (b) delivered by email, postage-prepaid mail, personal delivery or courier; and (c) addressed to the Province and the Recipient as set out in Schedule βBβ (Contact Information and Authorized Representatives), or as either Party later designates to the other by Notice.
