Notice in Writing and Addressed. Any Notice that shall be required to be provided by one Party to the other Party pursuant to the Agreement will be: (a) in writing; (b) delivered by email, postage-prepaid mail, personal delivery or courier; and (c) addressed to the Province and the Recipient as set out in Schedule β€œB” (Contact Information and Authorized Representatives), or as either Party later designates to the other by Notice.
