Notice; Interest. Notice of any redemption will be mailed at least 30 days but no more than 60 days before the redemption date to each holder of Notes of the series to be redeemed. Unless the Company defaults in payment of the redemption price, interest will cease to accrue on the Notes of the series or the portions of the Notes of the series called for redemption on and after the redemption date.
