Notice Letters. At Closing, Sellers shall provide to Purchaser letters from Sellers to the parties to the Service Contracts and utility companies serving the Projects, advising them to direct to Purchaser all bills for the services provided to the Property on and after the Closing Date. Sellers shall be entitled to the return of any deposit(s) posted prior to the Closing with any utility company.
Notice Letters. Tenant notice letters for all tenants at the Property informing them of the sale of the Property and assignment of the Leases to Buyer in the form of attached Exhibit G.

Seller shall provide to Purchaser copies of form letters to contractors and utility companies serving the Property, advising them of the sale of the Property to Purchaser and directing to Purchaser all bills for the services provided to the Property on and after the Closing Date. Subsequent to and/or at the Closing, to the extent requested by Purchaser, Seller shall execute and deliver to Purchaser copies of form letters (prepared by Purchaser and reasonably approved by Seller) to contractors, any taxing authorities and any other parties serving the Property and not separately notified, advising them of the sale of the Property to Purchaser and directing to Purchaser all bills for the services provided to the Property on and after the Closing Date.
Notice Letters. At Closing, Seller shall provide to Purchaser executed copies of letters to tenants and to service, maintenance, supply and other contractors serving the Property, whose Leases and Contracts (respectively) were assigned to Purchaser at Closing, advising them of the sale of the Property to Purchaser, and directing to Purchaser all rents and bills for the services and supplies, respectively, provided to the Property on and after the Date of Closing. Such letters shall be in the form of Exhibit 9.9 attached hereto, and Purchaser shall be responsible for sending out such letters.
Notice Letters. Subsequent to Closing, Seller shall execute and provide to Purchaser, to the extent provided to it by Purchaser for signature, copies of form letters to tenants and to service, maintenance, supply and other contractors serving the Property, advising them of the sale of the Membership Interest to Purchaser and directing to Purchaser all rents and bills for the services and supplies, respectively, provided to the Property on and after the Date of Closing.
Notice Letters. Subsequent to Closing, Seller shall provide to Purchaser copies of form letters to tenants and to service, maintenance, supply and other contractors serving the Property, whose Leases and Contracts (respectively) were assigned to Purchaser at Closing, advising them of the sale of the Property to Purchaser, notifying them that security deposits have been transferred to Purchaser and that Purchaser is responsible for such security deposits, and directing to Purchaser all rents and bills for the services and supplies, respectively, provided to the Property on and after the Date of Closing, such notices in the case of Leases to be executed by Seller and Purchaser and be in the form of Exhibit 9.9 attached hereto.
