Notice of Acceptance. SAWS will give notice of the acceptance of a bid to the successful bidder (the "Successful Bidder"), if any, within sixty (60) days after the Bid Deadline. Bids shall expire and are automatically rejected by SAWS if not accepted within sixty (60) days of the Bid Deadline.
