The Shareholder hereby agrees to notify Purchaser promptly (and in any event within two (2) business days) in writing of the number of any additional shares of Company Capital Stock or other securities of the Company of which the Shareholder acquires beneficial or record ownership on or after the date hereof. The Shareholder shall promptly advise the Company of each contact the Shareholder may receive from any person relating to any Acquisition Proposal or proposal that would reasonably be expected to lead to an Acquisition Proposal.
